John “Jack” Fagan FCA
Jack joined the firm in 1975 and became a Partner in 1978. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a B.Comm degree from U.C.D and trained with Oliver Freaney & Co in Dublin.
Jack now specialises in construction, hotels, manufacturing and grant aided industries. His extensive experience includes corporate recovery, insolvency and business start ups. He is also involved at Director level in the Digital Media Hub.

Vincent has over 30 years experience in practice, having started the firm in 1975 which was later to become Fagan Lynch Donnellan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He holds a B. Comm degree from UCD and trained with Coopers & Lybrand and Oliver Freaney & Co in Dublin before returning to his native county of Meath.
He specialises particularly in business start ups, farming/agri business and estate/succession planning.

Mark studied Accountancy and Finance at the Athlone Institute of Technology. From there he went into private practice as a trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 at the age of 23.
In 1998 he was appointed Senior Audit Manager in Fagan Lynch Donnellan and in 2004 Mark became a Partner in the firm.
As a Partner, Mark’s primary role is to maintain and control the quality and standard of audit work in the firm. He also works extensively with solicitors, property developers and the motor and retail trades.

Kathleen joined our firm in 2001 as Tax Consultant. She has over 40 years experience in all areas of taxation. Having started her career with the Revenue Commissioners, Kathleen subsequently worked in both large and medium sized practices in Dublin. Her extensive experience has enabled her service the tax requirements of a diverse client base. She has advised extensively on VAT on property, Revenue investigations and audits, family succession and company share buy backs.

Stephanie is our Tax Manager specialising in tax planning and consultancy. Stephanie is a graduate of UCG and member of the Irish Taxation Institute. She also holds a QFA qualification from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. Stephanie previously worked as tax manager in Hamill Spence O’Connell and Purcell McQuillan Tax Partners Ltd before joining our team in 2007. She advises on all areas of personal and corporate taxation while specialising in property transactions, VAT and succession planning.
